- The Shohola Township Volunteer Fire and Rescue Inc. is always looking for new members to assist the department in its everyday business, as well as, actual firefighting, Rescue, Emergency Medical Services, and fundraising.
As a NON-Profit Organization, our department has a lot of NON fire, rescue and medical related positions. We have a lot of members involved in only the business and financial aspect of our department, this helps our firematic and medical members become more involved in the training, preparing, and emergency service delivery.
As a member of our department YOU can make a great difference in your community! Together as a whole we can make our community and communities around us a better and safe place to live. We will assist you in becoming trained to the level of emergency service you wish to provide.
An emergency can happen at any time, at any place, on any day, in any weather, and to ANYONE…..when an emergency happens, be prepared, you never know when you neighbor, family and / or friends may need YOUR help!
Obtaining an application
Applications for membership can be obtained at either firehouse, any member of the department, or by calling and / or emailing our department at the below listed locations. Please follow the instructions below if you plan on calling and / or email us for a membership application.
Leave a message containing your name, contact information, position interested in, and state that this is a request for a membership application.
Your call should be returned shortly
